Jen Dyer, transition coordinator for the Manasquan Schools, talks about the Kindness Cafe, an inclusive coffee shop employing people with intellectual and developmental disabilities. The cafe is open from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. on Mondays, located at the Main Street Kitchen at 140 Main St., Manasquan. Appearing with Dyer was David Hallman and his daughter, Katie Hallman, who works at the cafe.
